Mentorship and Evaluation Workshop for Supervisors Registration Closed

RINLA is hosting a Mentorship and Evaluation Workshop on December 8th from 9am-5pm in the second floor conference room at the USDA/NRCS Offices at 60 Quaker Ln, Warwick, RI 02886. This training will be facilitated by Rhonda Bergeron who is a mediation, communication, and conflict resolution specialist.

This is a great opportunity for business owners, managers, and anyone in your company in a supervisory role to come together and learn techniques for effective communication in the workplace. Supervisors of Registered Apprentices are particularly encouraged to attend.

Some of the topics Rhonda will cover are: how to clearly communicate expectations to your staff, how to give and receive feedback effectively, good practices for evaluating staff, and what it means to be a good mentor. In particular, we are strongly suggesting that any company who offers apprenticeship attend this valuable training.

This training is available to all RINLA member businesses and we welcome all who are interested to attend!
